Property Overview

The FORTIS Companies (the “Sponsor”) is pleased to offer investors the opportunity to invest up to $5,583,944 in Class A membership interests of 2220 11TH Apartments LLC, a District of Columbia Limited Liability Company (the “Company”). The Managing Member is FC 2220 11th Street LLC. The officers, managers and principal owners of the Managing Member are executives of The Fortis Companies LLC. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the offering for the purchase of the real property located at 2220 11th Street NW in Washington, D.C., together with all improvements existing or to be constructed thereon and all personal property incidental thereto (the “Property”). The Company will deploy remaining capital for the development, stabilization, and ultimate sale or recapitalization of 2220 11th Street, a to-be-constructed 60-unit, Class A, multifamily apartment development in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The development will primarily consist of thoughtfully-designed Junior 1-bedroom micro-unit apartments that represent an affordable price point in one of the District’s most desirable neighborhoods.

The minimum investment amount is $25,000.
